  1. AWARENESS: Step one is to become aware of how you truly feel, mentally and physically.  Many times we begin to normalize symptoms, and we just deal with it or take meds to mask the issue.  I'll meet you where you are and help guide you to listen to your body and decode your symptoms. 

  2. CUSTOM GOALS: By knowing where you are and where you want to be, together we create a custom and realistic plan to get you there.  Your 3-month program is unique to you...your body, situation, and lifestyle.
